These on-site workshop photos capture our finished US-spec aluminium window & door mock-ups under internal quality check. Multiple full-size physical sample sets including casement windows, hinged doors and multi-function window combinations are built for showroom display. Every unit undergoes strict visual inspection, hardware operation test and specification cross-verification before delivery.

Our US-oriented aluminium window-door systems are fully qualified for North America building requirements:

• NFRC Certified: Complete energy-performance lab certification, with clear U-Factor, SHGC, visible transmittance and air leakage data labelled on each unit.

• IGCC / IGMA Certified Insulated Glass: Tempered insulating glass complying with ASTM E2190 standard, marked directly on glass for traceability.

• Thermal-break aluminium profiles, low-e double glazing filled with argon gas, all configured to meet local residential & commercial project standards.
